But the best way to explore Lipsi, by far, is by e-bike. It gives you complete freedom to discover hidden coves, quiet beaches, and breathtaking views at your own pace. The island has almost no traffic (apart from the occasional goat crossing the road), so cycling is safe, fun, and truly part of the experience.

We kick things off with sunset cocktails overlooking the sea, followed by a buffet dinner filled with Mediterranean flavours and good vibes. Then the night truly begins: our DJs take over with an uplifting mix of house, minimal, and techno, setting the perfect soundtrack for dancing under the stars.

We partner with local skippers to take our guests on a full-day adventure (around 8 hours) exploring hidden beaches, caves, and turquoise bays that can only be reached by sea.

The route includes stunning stops at Aspronisia, Tiganakia, Marathi, Arkious, and Macronisi, with a break at a traditional seaside taverna for a delicious local bite.

Bring your swimsuit and plenty of energy, and don’t forget your snorkeling gear, it’s an absolute must for this trip!

Our retreats are designed for everyone, no matter your current fitness level. All our workouts are scalable, with exercises that can be adapted to match your individual ability, whether you’re a beginner or a regular gym-goer.

For the running sessions, we make sure everyone feels comfortable: one crew member leads the faster runners, while another stays at the back with those who prefer a lighter jog (with a few pauses to catch your breath and enjoy the view). We’ll also have a team member carrying extra water, so you’ll always be supported along the way.

Yes, we provide a shuttle service for all guests arriving on the Saturday when the retreat begins and departing on the Saturday when it ends.

If you choose to arrive earlier or stay longer on the island, you’ll need to arrange your own transport to and from the airport or port.

You can choose between comfortable indoor seats or windy outdoor spots with sea views; either way, the journey flies by and sets the perfect mood for the days ahead.

We kick off every retreat with an unforgettable rooftop welcome party at the Maritina Hotel in Kos, where all guests stay before heading to Lipsi.

Absolutely. We collect all dietary requirements and preferences ahead of the trip to make sure every guest is well taken care of.

For each meal, you’ll be able to choose between three menu options:

• a fish-based menu

• a meat-based menu

• a vegetarian or vegan menu

We coordinate everything in advance with our partner restaurants and chefs, so you can simply relax and enjoy delicious, balanced meals throughout your stay.

Booking your spot at the retreat is simple and straightforward:

1. Express your interest – Fill out the dedicated form on our website. We’ll get back to you with a booking form that includes a few questions to get to know you and understand what you’re looking for in the experience.

2. Secure your spot – To confirm your place, send the completed form and pay a 40% deposit to the bank account provided in the booking form.

3. Second payment & travel pack – A 30% payment is due 50 days before the retreat. Once received, we’ll send your travel pack, including the guest profiles, logistics, and all the details you need to get ready for your trip.

4. Final payment – The remaining 30% balance is due 7 days before the retreat.

This structure keeps your spot fully secured, gives you all the information you need in advance, and helps us ensure everything runs smoothly with our local partners.

We understand that plans can change, so here’s how cancellations work:

• Deposit: Your spot is secured once the 40% deposit is paid. This deposit is non-refundable

• Cancellation by Guest:

  • More than 30 days before: 60% of the total fee is refundable.

  • Less than 30 days before: No refund is possible.

• Substitutions: You can transfer your booking to another guest at no additional cost.

• Cancellation by Organizers: If the retreat is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, minimum group size not met), guests can choose between a full refund or credit for a future retreat.

• Travel & Insurance: We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected events, flight changes, or health-related cancellations.
